Honington & Sapiston Village Hall
​Basic Terms & Conditions Please Read

Please allow sufficient time to set up and breakdown for your event
You will be charged per hour from access to the hall till departure and not just the duration of the event

​You must be resident in Honington, Sapiston or RAF Honington to qualify for residential rates, it is not acceptable to have a relation, friend, or husband just working on the base

​Please ensure for health and safety that all spillages are moped up before leaving the hall
​If you are decorating the hall using tape, blu-tack etc please remove it
​Chairs in the hall should be wiped clean if spillages occur

​N.B. Whilst we are happy for your to arrange a bouncy castle for your children's party, scooters which can be hired from some
bouncy castle firms are not allowed in the hall as they have been found to make marks on the hall floor 

Due to forthcoming legislation, all hall hires are asked to take their rubbish with them to recycle at home. 
If the rubbish is not removed there will be a charge on their final invoice.
